In conducting workshops throughout the country, company president Pam Coster identified the need to create a new way of supporting parishes. Combining her many years working with adults in a parish setting with her background in business, she formed AVANZA Partners, Inc. - a company dedicated to helping parishes reach adults and make a real difference in their spiritual lives.
